Normal Blood Pressure

It is not impossible to maintain normal blood pressure. If you have will power and sense of being healthy then you surely can maintain blood pressure at normal blood pressure reading. The pressure of your blood pressure can go up and down on various factors. It may be related to existing medical condition, stress, genetic inheritance, depression, and bad lifestyle etc.
In today’s fast paced life we have multiple commitments and have very little time to look after our needs. Our investment in stocks, property, relationship and the events happening around us are taking heavy toll on our health. To add more misery on our health is the lifestyle and food habits which are not good for health.
The first thumb rule is to look inward and analyze what kind of lifestyle you are living. Are you overinvesting in things around you both tangible and intangible?

The strategy to bring your high blood pressure or low blood pressure back to normal blood pressure reading can be handled under four approaches.
1. First you need to see doctor, if your blood pressure readings are considerably higher or lower then normal recommended numbers. Your doctor is in better position to prescribe you medication based on your medical condition.
2. Second go low on packaged food (fast food). All packaged foods have sodium in high quantity. Packaged foods also have fats which are bad for heart and can increase your cholesterol. Develop healthy eating habits. Include more fruits and low fat products in your diet. Reduce salt/sodium intake and lower your consumption of alcohol and other alcoholic beverages.
3. Third bring some discipline in your daily life. Put attention on exercise, a daily walk of 30 minutes will do wonders for your health. Depending upon your health conditions you can choose wide variety of exercises such as swimming, cycling, and brisk walking or alternate days going to gym etc.
4. The last one is to limit your commitments. Adding unnecessary stress to your self is inviting health problems. There is limit what you can control and how much duties you can discharge. Over stretching will only add trouble to your health.

3. Playing with kids
4. Daily laughing (2-5 mts)

6. Yoga exercises
7. Eating more Vegetables and fresh fruits.

9. Low intake of salt & sodium.
10. Less dependency on fast food.
11. Eating healthy Nuts and Seeds.
12. Omega-3 fatty acids are good for lowering blood pressure. It is found in Salmon fish.
Getting normal blood pressure should be aim of every blood pressure patient. It is possible to get normal blood pressure as long above four approaches are followed.
