As you continue to do exercise you will notice changes in your body, such as pressure in your legs, thigh and arm muscle. Because of intensity in exercise you will breathe fast. Fast breathing will allow heart to pump blood fast and pump into blood vessels. This will help sending more oxygen in your blood and more blood flow to blood vessels helps in clearing waste products in blood vessels.
